App is very slow in notifications. Before I open the app to claim a shift it claimed Within seconds less than 5 seconds. Poor.
This app is not consistent. Others users literally get notifications minutes before the majority of users get them. Meaning only a couple of users have distinct advantages of the majority. If you are looking to give away a shift it is fine. Picking up a shift it's useless.
Good app. Very useful for our group.
App works great to be able to offer up shifts that need coverage and to claim open shifts that are available. Matt provides great customer support very quickly!

Works well
I teach at a private school and our system of requesting subs used to literally be call/email/ or text them one by one on the list. Very time consuming. Now with WorkBlast you input your day in and blast them all with the press of a button. As soon as a sub claims my shift I'm immediately notified. Its quick, simple, and extremely efficient.
This app is great for shift trading!
It works well. Could be better if I could delete items cancelled or accepted in error.
